"We've been going to River Park Dental for over a year now, and they've always been fabulous. They are very efficient but I never feel rushed. "GO HERE! I’m new to the city and looked around at multiple dental clinics, with strong Google Reviews, and my gut told me to schedule with River Park Dental. I was impressed with the vibe of the place as soon as I arrived; the front desk team was fun to chat with, Dr Saurer was kind and conservative with her treatment plan, and I never experienced a Dental Hygienist like Tracy. "I cannot say enough about Dr. Saurer and her team!! The office is located in Bridge Park and the parking garage is conveniently located across the street. The office is welcoming, modern and extremely clean. I have been there a handful of times and I was always seen quickly. I have been to multiple dentists over the years and not a single one of them compare to Dr. Saurer. From the consultation to the end result, you will receive top notch treatment and professionalism. "By far the most relaxing dental experience ever. I had my first appointment, and they told me it would take 90 minutes with all the additional x-rays and initial onboarding as a new patient. They finished a few minutes early, and that was great. My dental hygienist, Tracy, was awesome. She explained everything that was going to happen and also the why behind it. She was extremely informative and educational, and I appreciated her attention to detail. I even got to watch Netflix while I got my teeth cleaned. The appointment really turned into relaxation from my otherwise busy life. Dr. Saurer is the best. She did my son's tongue tie surgery 2 years ago, so it was a treat to come as a new patient to her office. I highly recommend her and her practice!"

I have a pretty high level of anxiety about dental visits, and made it clear to the office when I made my appointment online. I'm 57, and I can say with confidence that Missy is the best hygienist I have ever experienced. She did a fantastic job. After speaking with her for only a minute, a feeling of calm came over me that never really left during the entire appointment. Their website says this, "Missy is the happiest Hygienist you’ll ever meet..." and they were not kidding. Not only happy, but great "bed-side manner". She let me know what to expect during my visit and explained what she was going to do before she did it. Big THANK YOU to Missy, and another big thank you to Dr. Saurer for hiring her."

For regular cleanings/check ups, they are very thorough with measuring my gum line, taking xrays and even checking blood pressure before doing anything major. They explain what they’re doing and make it easy to ask questions or even take a break during a filling if I get uncomfortable. Very very great all around!!"

"Best dentist, staff, facility, and amenities I’ve ever been to!!! Dr. Sauer is incredible beyond explanation! She performed 2 root canals and I didn’t feel either one. My kids ask on a regular basis if it’s time to go back for their cleaning! The hygienists are true professionals unlike we’ve ever had! "For years my smile has bothered me... my friends and family have always told me that I have a nice smile and that they don’t see the flaws that I see. While I appreciate and love all of them, the truth of the matter was it really affected my confidence. There’s a running joke at work(that I started) about my RBF but in all reality I have that RBF face most (not all) of the time because I didn’t want to smile. That all changed yesterday. Last year I was so very fortunate to have found Dr. Saurer. She helped me when I was in extreme pain due to a root canal and that was the start of a new life long relationship. Over the last year, we have talked about how she could help give me confidence back in my smile. After doing a lot of research, she developed the best plan for me. Because of what we she had helped me and my family with in the short year we had known each other, I knew I had complete trust and confidence in her ability to give me a perfect smile. So two weeks ago we started the process and completed it yesterday. To say yesterday was emotional is an understatement. As soon as I saw the first glimpse of my new smile, I couldn’t hold back the tears. Again before I left the office, I had more tears of happiness as I hugged Dr Saurer and her team. I cannot say enough good things about this team. Dr Saurer and her entire staff were there with me celebrating my happiness and letting me know how passionate she was when designing my smile. I truly felt like I was surrounded by family. Her passion for dentistry shows through in all that she does. If you need a dentist or just want to go to the BEST in Dublin, please go see them. "I had my first appointment at River Park Dental. I will start off by saying I am terrified of the dentist. I actually went to therapy a few years ago to try and work through it. It did not work for me. I can’t sleep the night before, feel physically ill the day of, and often drive home in tears. Well, after my first visit to River Park Dental, I drove home with a HUGE smile on my face! From the minute I walked in (15 minutes late because I’m an idiot who wrote the appointment time down wrong!), I was greeted so warmly be Ellen. She made me feel relaxed and set me at ease immediately. I could feel the butterflies in my stomach going away. Then, Tracy came out to get me for my X-rays and cleaning. I have never had a better hygienist! We talked about how I was feeling and what she could do to help me stay calm. I am not exaggerating when I say she was AMAZING. Knowing I feel anxious about what they could find during a cleaning, Dr. Saurer came in early in the visit and let me know everything was OK. She was unbelievably kind and took great care of me. Other reviews have mentioned being able to watch Netflix (which was seriously the best), the free gift (which was really nice!), or the great coffee (a perk!), but, for me, it was, hands down, the truly exceptional and kind/caring people who work at River Park Dental that will keep me coming back - and spending my day calling everyone I know to tell them to immediately switch to Dr. Saurer’s office!! Literally cannot recommend highly enough."

Misty the hygienist has got to be the friendliest person I've ever met in my life. Dr. Sauer is so incredibly professional and kind. I had an implant crown fall out in the middle of the work day today and ran in without an appointment or even calling. They squeezed me in right away (pretty sure these rock stars worked through their lunch to help me) and I was back at work within 30 minutes. They even have iPads mounted above each chair so you can watch Netflix while getting your teeth cleaned. So relaxing. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone."

"I had my first appointment at River Park Dental. I will start off by saying I am terrified of the dentist. I actually went to therapy a few years ago to try and work through it. It did not work for me. I can’t sleep the night before, feel physically ill the day of, and often drive home in tears. Well, after my first visit to River Park Dental, I drove home with a HUGE smile on my face! From the minute I walked in (15 minutes late because I’m an idiot who wrote the appointment time down wrong!), I was greeted so warmly be Ellen. She made me feel relaxed and set me at ease immediately. I could feel the butterflies in my stomach going away. Then, Tracy came out to get me for my X-rays and cleaning. I have never had a better hygienist! We talked about how I was feeling and what she could do to help me stay calm. I am not exaggerating when I say she was AMAZING. Knowing I feel anxious about what they could find during a cleaning, Dr. Saurer came in early in the visit and let me know everything was OK. She was unbelievably kind and took great care of me. Other reviews have mentioned being able to watch Netflix (which was seriously the best), the free gift (which was really nice!), or the great coffee (a perk!), but, for me, it was, hands down, the truly exceptional and kind/caring people who work at River Park Dental that will keep me coming back - and spending my day calling everyone I know to tell them to immediately switch to Dr. Saurer’s office!! "For years my smile has bothered me... my friends and family have always told me that I have a nice smile and that they don’t see the flaws that I see. While I appreciate and love all of them, the truth of the matter was it really affected my confidence. There’s a running joke at work(that I started) about my RBF but in all reality I have that RBF face most (not all) of the time because I didn’t want to smile. That all changed yesterday. Last year I was so very fortunate to have found Dr. Saurer. She helped me when I was in extreme pain due to a root canal and that was the start of a new life long relationship. Over the last year, we have talked about how she could help give me confidence back in my smile. After doing a lot of research, she developed the best plan for me. Because of what we she had helped me and my family with in the short year we had known each other, I knew I had complete trust and confidence in her ability to give me a perfect smile. "My first experience with RPD was fantastic. They have you complete all of your paperwork electronically which is a breeze. When I arrived, Ellen greeted me and was very personable and couldn’t be nicer. I was offered a latte, shown where I could find the restroom, and was asked if I had any questions at that time. Tracy then came out and greeted me, and led me back to the room. The view was beautiful! All the equipment and office space was brand new and very clean. Tracy did a great job and explained the entire process of what she was doing. She was very positive, knowledgeable, and personable. RPD has iPads on the drop down light so you can watch Netflix. Dr Saurer came in during the cleaning for a quick exam and was also very nice. Once My cleaning was complete, I was given a warm towel to freshen up, Tracy helped me schedule my next appointment and led me back out to the front desk. Ellen helped me with an insurance question and had me on my way. One of my favorite things about the office was how updated and high tech the office is. Everyone is very friendly and comforting, and pays very close attention to detail. I am glad I found this awesome practice, and can’t wait to go back!"
